Our premium Refined Avocado Oil is a 100% pure, high-quality edible oil derived from the pulp of ripe avocados (Persea americana). Through a meticulous RBD (Refined, Bleached, and Deodorized) process, the crude oil undergoes degumming, neutralization, bleaching, and high-temperature steam deodorization under vacuum to produce a crystal-clear, light golden-yellow liquid with a completely neutral taste and odor, while maintaining the beneficial fatty acid profile of the avocado fruit.

The RBD Refining Process:

  1. Degumming & Neutralization: Removes phospholipids and free fatty acids (FFA ≤ 0.2%) to ensure stability.

  2. Bleaching: Adsorbs pigments and trace elements, resulting in a clear, bright color.

  3. Deodorization: High-temperature steam distillation strips away volatile compounds, ensuring a completely neutral odor and taste.

  4. Winterization (Optional): Chilling and filtering removes waxes, keeping the oil crystal clear even under refrigeration.
